If you work in private equity or a business we'd like to work with, we may hold your name, role, organisation and business contact details, and notes of our contact with you, taken from LinkedIn, your organisation's website, public sources or a mutual introduction. We keep them in our contact records and use them, on the basis of our legitimate interests in developing our business, to contact you about our services. We'll tell you where we got your details when we first contact you. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we will.

For the USA we rely on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, and otherwise on the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in the provider's data processing terms. You can ask us for details of these safeguards.
