JOINED-UP SENIOR LEADERSHIP ACROSS TECHNOLOGY, OPERATIONS, GO-TO-MARKET, PEOPLE, AI AND FINANCE
We start with the situation, not the job title. Our senior team covers six disciplines, and each one is available on an interim, fractional or advisory basis, on its own or alongside the others. That includes C-Suite leadership in each discipline. Tell us what's happening and we'll suggest the lightest arrangement that will work.
Six disciplines, one senior team
Problems rarely stay in one function. A deal needs systems, operations and people decisions at once. A growth plan needs the brand, the pipeline and the CRM to agree. So our senior team works as one, and we bring in the disciplines each brief needs.
(01)
Technology and transformation
Fractional and interim CIO leadership. Strategy, budget, suppliers and risk, reported to the board in plain business terms. We work above your IT team or MSP, not instead of them. Transformation and deals. The shift from founder-built to investor-ready, technology due diligence that ends in a costed 100-day plan, and carve-outs, TSAs and integration across APAC and EMEA. Commercial systems and security. A Salesforce CRM that people actually use, zero-trust security and pragmatic UK GDPR, in proportion to the business. Cost and suppliers. Supplier and MSP renegotiation and, where needed, exit, plus offshore delivery teams where they fit.

(02)
Operations
Operations and service delivery. How the work gets done, and whether it can scale. Offshoring. Deciding what to move, and setting it up so it works. Acquisitions and separations. The operational side of a deal, from Day 1 readiness to integration.

(03)
Go-to-market
Interim, fractional or advisory CMO leadership, owning marketing and the go-to-market plan and reporting to the board. We sharpen brand and positioning: what you stand for, who it's for, and why clients should choose you. We build a message house, one core story with clear messages for each audience. Through RevOps, we join up marketing, sales and customer data, so the board gets pipeline reporting it can trust. And we decide which markets and channels to focus on, and the team and agencies to deliver them. All of this is led by people who have run brand, marketing and BD in international professional services firms, through rebrands, mergers and CRM roll-outs.

(04)
People
We shape a people strategy that supports the business plan, and the structure to match: the right roles, reporting lines and leadership for where the business is going. We also lead the people side of change, bringing your people with you through growth, a deal, the adoption of AI or a new way of working. This is led by someone who has been a group Chief People Officer and board member, has built people functions from scratch, and has run the people workstreams on acquisitions from due diligence through to integration.

(05)
AI and data
AI strategy and governance. Where AI should help the business, and the guardrails around it. Adoption. AI that does a real job and ties to business outcomes, not a demo. Data the board can rely on. Clean, joined-up data, with machine learning where it fits. We work across GCP, AWS and Azure, including Vertex AI.

(06)
Finance
Senior finance leadership, working alongside the rest of the team. Financial steering. The numbers behind the plan, and a clear view of what each investment is buying. One version of the numbers. Making sure the plan, the systems and the board reporting tell the same story.

Every engagement runs under one proposal, with one point of contact.
